Order Cancellations: Need to Hit Pause?
Life moves fast — we totally get it. If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 24-hour grace period after your purchase.
- Act fast: Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If you cancel within that time frame, we’ll issue a full refund — no fees, no hassle.
- After 24 hours? Your order is sent to production, and we can no longer cancel it. Many of our products are made-to-order, so we start preparing them quickly.
Order Exchanges: Double-Check Before You Confirm
We’re unable to make changes once an order is placed. That means no exchanges for incorrect size, design, or quantity selections.
Here’s what you can do:
- Cancel the incorrect order within 24 hours.
- Place a new order with the correct details.

Returns & Refunds: We’re Fair and Flexible
We accept returns up to 180 days after the delivery date. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ll make it right.
Eligible Returns Include:
- Damaged or broken items on arrival
- Product is significantly different from what was described
- Incorrect items sent (wrong size, color, or design)
- Quality or material mismatch compared to the listing
Not Covered for Return or Refund:
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Items altered or customized post-delivery
- Lack of original tags or packaging
- Minor imperfections such as loose threads or easy fixes
- Issues not due to any fault on our end
What You’ll Need for a Refund Request

- Order confirmation or receipt
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Shipping label or tracking proof
- Screenshots of relevant support communications, if applicable
We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Important: Wait for our approval and return address instructions before shipping anything back.
Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs fall on the customer. We suggest using a trackable courier and keeping your tracking number handy. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and verified, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent when your refund is issued.
- Most banks or credit card companies take 10–15 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
- If your refund doesn’t show up in that time, please contact your bank or card provider.
180-Day Return Window
You’ve got 180 days from the delivery date to request a refund or return. After that period, your order is final. We won’t be able to offer refunds for any reason once this window closes.
