When do we process your order?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If you place your order before 5:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on a business day, we’ll begin processing it that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will start processing the next business day.

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday
(We do not process orders on: January 1, February 17, May 26, July 4, September 1, November 27, December 25)

We ship using reliable carriers including:

While we aim to get your package to you quickly, delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and shipping conditions.

Most orders within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 4–9 business days once shipped.


Where do we ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email so you can follow its progress. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Keep in mind it may take 3–7 business days for carriers to update tracking in their systems. If tracking information isn’t available immediately, it’s likely still in the early stages of transit.


What about custom or personalized items?

If you ordered a personalized item, please allow extra time for our design team to complete it. Processing time varies based on the complexity of your request.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages due to carrier rerouting requests
  • Undeliverable items returned to the sender (they may be disposed of by our logistics partners)

A re-shipping fee will apply if your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
